The label, owns the copyrights of all the material on this website. We reserve the right to make changes to the website at any time. Such changes will not affect any existing orders.
Placing an order on website
As soon as you place an order, you will receive the confirmation on your registered e-mail and SMS. Orders are sent out within 2 business days of order placement, from our warehouse.
- We do not ship on Sundays and Public Holidays.
- Once your order is packed and ready for shipment, you will receive the tracking details on your registered e-mail address and mobile number.
- Once the order is processed and ready to be shipped, we would not be able to cancel it.
- In case of any queries regarding your order, please do not hesitate to e-mail us or call us.
- Please be sure to provide us with your complete address including your Pin code and Contact Number for hassle-free shipment.
We at Olésía, request you to check the size chart thoroughly before placing the order as all our products would vary as per designs and cuts.
Mode of payment
We accept the following modes of payment for domestic orders:
- Credit card: MasterCard, Visa card, American Express.
- Net banking: All major banks
- Debit cards: All major banks
- COD (Cash on Delivery)
Shipping and Delivery:
We offer free shipping for all domestic orders. All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse. At Olésía, we take great care in delivering our products to you at the earliest. We have partnered with a reputed courier company, ARAMEX, to ensure timely deliveries of your orders. Our courier partner will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday and Saturday 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. working days excluding public holidays and Sundays.
Once your order is shipped, the Airway Bill Number (AWB No.) is sent to you via email and SMS. To track the current location of your shipment and expected date of delivery, click on the following link:
https://www.aramex.com/track/shipments. Our courier partner will attempt to deliver the package thrice before they return it to us and the said order shall be considered cancelled.
At the time of delivery if the packaging looks damaged or tampered please feel free to give us a call on +91 880-6633-783 our customer care number for the same or send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Should you have any concerns regarding your order, we are just a quick email or phone call away. Delivery time is subject to facts beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partner and transporters due to weather conditions, strikes etc.
We are unable to offer International Shipping at the moment but if you like any of our products and wish to purchase from us, please email us at email@example.com with required size and product. We will be glad if we could give you the best of services from our end. Shipping charges and custom duties will have to be borne by you. We will not be able to accept an exchange or return for the same. We do not offer Cash on Delivery option for International Shipping.
Exchange and Return Policy
- We only accept exchange requests for sizing issues. Exchange request will be accepted within 7 Days of receiving the order.
- The amount paid for the product will be kept as a store credit. You can place another order if you are looking for an exchanged size.
- While sending the product for Exchange, please ensure that it is returned to us in the Original Packaging with all the tags intact. We will not accept an exchange request for garments that have been stained, damaged or have been soiled in anyway. Please make sure the tag is not removed from the garment.
- Please fill up the exchange & return form mentioning the reason and the alternate size required.
- A reverse pick-up will be scheduled within 3-4 working days.
- If we have the requested size in stock, we will be able to dispatch the exchanged product after we receive the original product and a new order request placed by the customer for the required size. In case we do not have the alternate size in stock, we will communicate the same to you and the amount will be kept as store credit with us.
- The shipping charges for the first exchanged product will be borne by us, after which shipping charges would be applicable.
- All refunds would be in Store Credit only. You can utilize the Store Credit to Purchase a different product from our website.
How to use Store Credit:
- If your order is of higher value than your store credit, the difference amount will have to be paid online or through COD.
- If your order is of lower value than your store credit, the difference amount will be kept as store credit with us. This amount can be used for your future purchase.
- For Prepaid orders, store credit will be given if the customer has provided wrong or incomplete shipping address or in case of packet refused by recipient.
Your money is yours!
We have no questions asked return policy.
A return will be accepted only if it is unused and all the tags are secure.
We request you to please support us by returning only if:
- A wrong product was delivered (product does not match the item in the order confirmation).
- The product has a genuine quality or manufacturing defect. Please mail an image of the defective or wrongfully delivered product to us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours.
- Is damaged in transit.
- In case while accepting the order from the courier agency, the packaging received is tampered or unsealed please do not receive it and immediately get in touch with our customer care on +91-880-6633-783 or email us with the picture of the tampered package at email@example.com
- Sizing issue
In case there is sizing issue please do get in touch with the customer care and we will help you chose the right size. This is a premium handcrafted garment for kids so please ensure that you check sizing chart attached with each garment.
Please go to the 'Order History' section in your Profile and from order details you can raise a request for return.
A pick-up will be arranged by us, please hand over the product (in its original condition with tags) to the courier person.
Once we receive the product we will immediately issue you a store credit which can be used for any further purchase. And in case you are not happy with our service and want a refund please do get in touch with the customer care at +91-880-6633-783 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org but we are sure you are going to love our hard work and creativity!
Order Cancellation by Us
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled shall include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or any defect regarding the quality of the product. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account.
The details of the products or product specifications (weight, color, handwork details, size etc.) as mentioned on the Olésía website, could differ a little bit in values as products are handcrafted. There may be slight variations in color and embellishments of the actual product against that as shown on the website due to lighting, digital photography, color settings and capabilities of computer monitors.
